Dr. Damon Noto
Dr. Noto earned his medical degree at the renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 1999. Following his degree, he pursued further training as a Rehabilitation Resident at esteemed institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Hospital for Special Surgery, and New York Presbyterian Hospital. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the prestigious Distinguished House Staff Award for a Resident.
To expand his expertise, Dr. Noto completed a Spine & Joint Fellowship at the esteemed New England Baptist Hospital, specializing in back and joint pain. Building on this foundation, he founded Spine and Joint Center, P.C. in 2007, serving as the founder and president. Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive care, Dr. Noto has also pursued advanced studies in anti-aging medicine, nutrition, exercise, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine.
By incorporating these disciplines, he takes a holistic approach, considering each patient's physical and mental status and designing a personalized course of treatment that caters to their unique needs.
Sofia Benavides, FNP-BC
Sofia is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who built her strength and passion for healthcare while serving as a vital part of the frontline team at Holy Name Hospital during the COVID-19 crisis. She was also part of the hospital’s COVID-19 clinic team, contributing to critical community care efforts.
Her nursing journey began in Pediatrics and Cardiac care, later expanding into the Intensive Care Unit, where she gained critical, hands-on experience. With advanced training in Family Medicine, Wellness, and Aesthetic Medicine, Sofia is deeply committed to helping others feel and be their best—inside and out.
A proud Dean’s List graduate during her master’s program, Sofia has continued to expand her expertise in wellness and aesthetics. She’s also shared her knowledge as a nursing professor, inspiring the next generation of healthcare heroes. Passionate about helping people look and feel their best, Sofia brings both skill and heart to everything she does.
